100% Ginseng is a highly purified, titrated and standardised extract of Ginseng.

Known in Western countries as Ginseng, Panax ginseng is an herbaceous plant belonging to Araliaceae and it is of Asian origins. The name “Ginseng” derives from Chinese Jenchen which means “similar to man” or “small man” and this recalls the root’s anthropomorphic form. The action of Ginseng is multiple: tonifying, energetic, antifatigue, anti-stress, anti-depressive, anabolic, and immuno-stimulating. In summary, it can be defined as adaptogenic plant able therefore to exercise a nonspecific action on the body’s physiological processes with the result to increase physical resistance against environmental stress and against exterior or interior factors (e.g. bacteria and viruses) which could compromise the body’s function. The Ginseng is widely used in the West as general tonic and immuno-stimulant. It is suggested in case of: fatigue, depression, insomnia, stress, asthenia, convalescence, gastritis, adynamia, arterial hypertension, diabetes.
