Malto + is a food based on pure maltodextrin, not sweetened or flavored, with low dextrose equivalence (DE12), the unit of measurement of the level of hydrolysis of the starch from which they are obtained.
The higher the DE, the shorter the maltodextrin glucose chains, the lower the opposite. Therefore low ED maltodextrins release glucose less quickly.
Malto + also contains a high chemical-physical quality of maltodextrin, very soluble in water.
This is an indication of maximum bioavailability.
Maltodextrins are oligocarbohydrates made up of 17-20 glucose molecules, obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch, therefore they are gluten-free.
Maintaining a high availability of sugars in the muscles, both before and during a performance, is essential in almost all sports activities.
Malt + is the ideal carbohydrate for any type of sport.
It is rapidly absorbed and tolerated in the gastrointestinal tract, thanks to the low osmolarity in solution, it is able to supply energy in a constant and gradual way.
Their intake 1.5 hours before, during and after physical activity allows a greater availability of energy, prevents the onset of fatigue, accelerates the recovery phase.
DIRECTIONS: Take 60 g per day (equal to 3 level scoops) dissolved in 500 ml of water or other liquid.
