Energy Protein is a food supplement with three different protein sources (soya, milk isolate and egg white), low in lactose, fat and sugar, enriched with taurine, rhodiola, beta-alanine, glutamine and maca.

Protein contribute to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones.

Maca has a tonic action (physical and mental tiredness) and metabolic support.

The vitamins B2 and B6 contained contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism, while vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and zinc to normal cognitive and immune system function.
 
DIRECTIONS: At breakfast and immediately after training.

20g (equal to 2 tablespoons) in 200 ml of water, milk or vegetable milk or in yogurt or smoothie.
