Organic mix of barley and legumes for soup
Barley soup is a tasty preparation, based on organic vegetables. It only takes a few minutes on the fire to have an excellent first course to accompany with croutons or homemade bread.
DIRECTIONS: rinse the contents of the package and put it in the pot. Add 3 liters of water, a pinch of salt, three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a vegetable cube, sage, rosemary or other aromatic herbs. Bring to a boil and cook for about 45 minutes. Season again to taste with extra virgin olive oil and pepper directly on the plate.
NET CONTENT: 400 g
STORAGE: keep in a cool and dry place. Close the bag carefully after opening. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
