Energen is a concentrate of liquid maltodextrins, indicated to provide energy quickly both during physical activities with high energy expenditure, and to restore muscle glycogen reserves after intense physical exertion.

Energen 40 ml, in addition to the sugars present which guarantee an immediate and constant supply of energy, contains lactic acid buffering substances, counteracting the onset of fatigue and muscle cramps.

The maltodextrins of Energen 40 ml, thanks to their excellent osmotic profile, are able, unique among all sugars, to provide the maximum amount of energy with the minimum osmolarity (= greater hydration) and this makes them ideal in prolonged aerobic sports such as example running, skiing and cycling.
 
DIRECTIONS: 3 sachets per day. Drink a sip every 30 minutes, even with other liquids, during intense and prolonged efforts.
