Omega 3/6/9 is a food supplement of polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega-3 series (EPA, DHA), Omega-6 (GLA, linoleic acid) and Omega-9 (oleic acid).

Omega-3s are long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids found in fish oil (of which they are rich, for example, salmon and tuna). EPA and DHA fatty acids (from the Omega-3 series) contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels and to normalize blood pressure. Numerous studies show that a continuous administration of unsaturated fatty acids has led to a reduction of triglycerides in the blood and to a reduction in the risks of developing cardiovascular diseases.

The Borago Officinalis plant extracts borage oil rich in an unsaturated fatty acid known as GLA (gamma linoleic acid), from the Omega-6 family, which helps to safeguard the integrity and functionality of cellular and joint membranes .

Oleic acid (from the Omega-9 series) is an unsaturated fatty acid and is contained, predominantly, in olive oil. Helps prevent cardiovascular disease.

Moreover, each one for his part, has actively practiced and loved the sport. It was these ideal and unrepeatable conditions to create the company.
