With 13 active ingredients and 3 plant extracts, it contains various types of collagen, including hydrolyzed collagen type II from hydrolyzed cartilage powder.

 
DIRECTIONS: Consume one portion per day (17 g = 3 full measuring spoons = 2 full spoons) by mixing the powder in 350 ml of water with the help of a shaker.
